TERMS OF SERVICE

When commissioning me you understand and agree to my terms of service listed below!How to Commission:
Contact me via Telegram to claim a spot!
Please provide all relevant details for your commission and include a clear reference image of your character.
If your reference is unclear/outdated, please provide a clear outline of design notes so I can adapt the character clearly and accurately.
If you are commissioning a reference sheet or a custom design a thorough written description is required.Payment:
Payment is accepted through PayPal only, you will be asked to provide your PayPal email for me to send through an invoice.
I must receive 100% of the payment before I begin work on your commission.
Payment plans are not accepted.Terms & Conditions:
You MUST be 18+ to commission me!
If you are under the age of 18 I will require a parent or guardians contact information to proceed with the commission process.When commissioning me you agree to the following:
Commissions are for personal use ONLY
(Unless discussed prior)
You may create prints, stickers or merchandise for your own use, but the wider sale or distribution of my artwork is not accepted unless we have agreed on this prior to the payment of your commission.
Bases and lineart should NOT be distributed to those who have not purchased them from me directly, or be resold.
I have the right to decline any commission if I do not feel comfortable with the request.
I have the right to post your commission to my sites, or use it in the future for example work.
Prior to payment you have the right to back out or cancel your commission.
After receiving payment NO refunds will be offered.Process:
After claiming a commission spot you will be added to my 'waitlist' card on Trello. You will receive a sketch for confirmation when it is your turn in my queue and during this phase I can make adjustments to the commission to suit you!
After adjustments have been made accordingly and the sketch is approved, no more adjustments will be made after lineart is completed!
(This excepts accessories/jewelry/character quirks that have been missed only at my fault).
My wait times may vary!
Upon commissioning me I will provide a very rough ETA for the completion of your work, but the best way to find my wait times is by staying up to date with my Telegram channel.
Please keep in mind I am NOT a full-time artist.
My work hours outside of commission work are often unpredictable and the initial deadline I provide will not always be accurate! I will always try my best to keep you informed if wait times are delayed for any reason!You may:
Post the commission wherever you like! Provide credit if you're kind enough. <3
Use your commission as a badge if you wish!
Contact me in the future for alts or updates to previous commissions!

RESELL MY WORK
